A delectable mango cake with a dash of mint

Ingredients Serving: 10

mango pulp roll up homemade
mango macarons for decorations
roasted marshmellows for garnishing
silver edible foil
fondant roses
Maida 1.5 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
mango jelly 1 cup
mint essence
Mango pulp
Whipped cream
Eggs 2

Instructions

bake the simple vanilla cake, refer my other recipes
make a mango jelly and add mango chunks in it..let it set
make a flower from the mango roll up
divide whipped cream into half mix mint essence in one and mango puree in other
once cake is done cut layers
take one layer top it with mint whipped cream then put jelly the another layer and the cover the cake with mango whipped cream
decorate with accessories
