This is a paneer recipe made with pav bhaji masala, so just imagine the level of deliciousness in the paneer !!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm Paneer
  2. 2 onion chopped
  3. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  4. 2 tomato puree
  5. 1 capsicum chopped
  6. 15 garlic cloves
  7. 1 inch ginger
  8. 2 whole red chilii
  9. 2 spoon pav bhaji masala
  10. 1 spoon dhaniya powder
  11. 1 spoon haldi
  12. a pinch orange color
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2 spoon oil
  15. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Grind the ginger, garlic and whole chillies into a coarse paste.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan.
  3. Add the ground ginger paste, saute for few seconds and then add the pav bhaji masala.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped onion and stir vigorously.
  6. Add some salt as per taste and saute till the oil separates from the masala. Then add the tomato puree into the frying masala.
  7. Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  8. Add the chopped capsicum and the tomatoes.
  9. Saute further and add all the left spices.
  10. Cook till the oil separates.
  11. now cut paneer in small cubes.
  12. Add little water to the frying masala.
  13. add paneer pieces.
  14. cook for 5-6 mins.
  15. Check for salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
