Baked Veg Bread Rolls

Ingredients to make Baked Veg Bread Rolls

  • Boiled potatoes – 5 - 6 medium size
  • White bread slices – 5 - 6 pieces
  • Chopped Red and green capsicum – 2 cups
  • sesame seeds- 3 tsp
  • salt – as per taste
  • Refined flour – 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp

How to make Baked Veg Bread Rolls

  1. Mash potatoes in a bowl, add salt and chaat masala. Mix well and keep aside. Prepare slurry of refined flour and water, a thick paste to coat the bread rolls.
  2. In a separate plate, mix chopped capsicum and sesame seeds. Remove the brown edge of the bread slice and flatten it up with help of a rolling pin.
  3. Place stuffing of potato mixture on one side and roll it to get a cylindrical roll. Seal the edge with the flour mixture using a brush.
  4. Coat the roll with the flour mixture on top and put in the mixture of capsicum, so that it coats all over the bread roll.
  5. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degrees and place all the bread rolls inside it. Air fry at 160 degrees for 5 minutes and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

The brown sides of the bread can be used as it is as it will a crisp edge. Also if edges are cut, then these edges can also be used as garnishing.
