Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Ripe mango chunks 11/2 cup
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. Roasted Chana dal 1 tbsp
  5. Curry leaves 5-6
  6. Roasted peanuts 2tbsp
  7. Crushed garlic 1tsp
  8. Cumin and mustard seeds ½ tsp
  9. Turmeric powder ½tsp
  10. Green Chilli chopped 1
  11. Lemon juice 1tsp
  12. sugar 1tsp
  13. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and temper it with cumin and mustard seeds.Let it splutter and then add the chilli , peanuts and garlic.
  2. Let the peanuts be fried properly ,then add chana dal and curry leaves.
  3. Add mango chunks,and turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Fold the cooked rice into the above mixture and stir well.Serve hot.
