ABOUT Paneer bhurji RECIPE

This is a simple recipe of paneer, which can be served with rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm crumbed paneer
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  4. 2 spoon capsicum chopped
  5. 1 tsp jeera powder [cumin powder]
  6. 2 tsp dhaniya powder [coriander powder]
  7. 1 tsp haldi [turmeric powder]
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. coriander [ chopped, handful]
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 spoon ghee
  13. cashew nuts and raisins [for garnishing]

Instructions

  1. first heat ghee in a pan then add jeer [cumin seeds].
  2. Now add the chopped onion and salt. saute
  3. Add the tomatoes and all the spice powders except the garam masala powder.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add capsicum and saute further for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the crumbled paneer and garam masala powder.
  7. Cook for few minutes more.
  8. Paneer hurji is ready to be served. Garnish with coriander leaves, cashew nuts and raisins.
