Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg 3-4
  2. Onion - 1 small
  3. Tomato - 1/2 Cup
  4. Garlic 3-4 Nos. Grated or paste
  5. Ginger 1 inch grated
  6. Tamarind 1 tbsp
  7. Whole Red chilli 1-2
  8. 1/2 tsp turmuric powder
  9. Red chilli Powder or Peprika 1-2 tsp or as per taste
  10. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp dhania powder
  12. 6-7 curry leaves
  13. 2 bay leaf
  14. 1/2 tbsp musturd seeds
  15. Oil 3 tbsp
  16. salt as per taste
  17. Sugar2---3 pinch

Instructions

  1. Firstly boiled egg and keep aside and then saute them with little salt and turmeric powder in a pan with little oil
  2. Fine chop onion,garlic ginger or you can grate it also .
  3. Now Make puree of tomato and keep aside
  4. Soak tamarind in warm water and keep aside for few minutes
  5. Now take a pan add oil,and tempered with Mustard seed and let them crack
  6. Now add whole red chilli,curry leaves and give a nice stir
  7. After this add onion ,ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute until raw smell goes off
  8. Now add tomato paste,salt,chilli,paprika,dhania powder ,sugar and cook for a minute
  9. Now add 1 cup water and stir well,at the same time add tamarind pulp and cover it for some time until its leaves oil on surface.
  10. Cook it well and adjust gravy according to you,and at last add saute egg and gently mix
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice
