This is a very healthy recipe for kids who do not want to eat vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 1 big bowl
  2. Corriender 1 big bowl
  3. Green chilli crushed 1 table spoon
  4. Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbspn
  5. Pinch of hing [Asafoetida]
  6. Jeera powder 1 tspn
  7. Haldi [Turmeric powder] 1tspn
  8. Sauf [Fennel seeds] 1 tspn
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tbspn
  10. Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tspn
  11. salt as per taste
  12. oil 1 tbspn
  13. Oats one small bowl
  14. Bhajni mixture of [moong dal, chana dal, rice,jowar, poha (flattened rice) atta ] 1 big bowl
  15. OR
  16. Besan 1 big bowl

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients and mix with water
  2. Make it soft dough like nt hard like thepla(paratha).... little softer than that
  3. Apply little water to ur palm and start rolling it in finger shapes.....not too thick or it will not Cook properly and if it becomes too thin than it will stick each other
  4. Keep it in steamer... i had used cooker....grease the container properly and keep fingers in it and than keep that container in cooker....don't put whistle on the cooker...we have to steam it
  5. After steaming it will look like this....you can eat it like this or you can deep-fry it or shallow fry it.....and eat it with chutney or make franky by stuffing this
  6. I shallow fried it with 1 tbspn oil in pan
