Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. milk- 100 ml
  2. Yogurt- 500gms
  3. Condensed milk- 1 tin
  4. Ripe mango pulp- 1 cup
  5. Ripe mango slices- 1 cup
  6. Sugar- 2tbspns
  7. Water- 2 Cups


  1. Take a bowl and add yogurt
  2. Whisk it till it become smooth
  3. Separate 250 gms of yogurt and keep it in the refrigerator
  4. Put rest of the yogurt, milk, condensed milk, sugar and ripe mango puree in a blender
  5. Blend it to smooth creamy paste
  6. Now take a pot and pour the water
  7. Now take a bowl which is smaller than the pot and pour the mixture
  8. Place the bowl in the pot
  9. Seal the pot mouth with the lid
  10. Cook it in a low flame for 15 min
  11. After finishing cooking take out the bowl and cool it down room temperature
  12. Freez it for 15 min
  13. Now take a wine glass and first pour the aam bhapa doi 1/3 of the glass
  14. Now take out the chilled plain yogurt and pour it to 2/3 if the glass
  15. Now pour the aam bhapa doi again to rest of the glass
  16. Topped it with mango slices
  17. Serve chilled

The recipe sounds good but the final picture is missing in the recipe. It would be better if you can put up a picture as well.
