Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. ½ cup black gram
  2. ¼ cup split green gram
  3. ¼ cup kidney beans
  4. ¼ cup red lentils
  5. ¼ cup yellow gram
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. 2 onion finely chopped
  8. 1 big sized tomato
  9. 2 green chilly
  10. ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Coriander Powder
  13. Curd 4 spoon
  14. Malai 2 spoon
  15. Oil 4 spoon
  16. Garam masala ½ spoon
  17. Amchur powder ¼ spoon
  18. Chilli powder ½ spoon
  19. Bay Leaves 1
  20. Dry chilly red 1
  21. Cinnamon sticks 2 small
  22. 1 spoon butter
  23. 1 spoon ghee
  24. Crumbled paneer for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all the pulses and soak for 5-6 hours
  2. Put pulses in a cooker
  3. Add 4 cup water
  4. Add 1 spoon oil
  5. Add turmeric and 1 spoon salt
  6. Cover the lid
  7. Put on low falme for 3-4 whistles
  8. Cut tomato
  9. Put in mixer
  10. Add chilly, ginger garlic paste,curd,malai and dry masalas
  11. Make a paste
  12. Mix pulses in cooker with wooden churner
  13. Like this
  14. In a pan heat 3 spoon oil
  15. Add onion
  16. Saute till golden brown
  17. Add tomato paste
  18. Cook till it leaves oil
  19. Add pulses
  20. Add required water and salt as ur taste
  21. Let it boil
  22. Add butter and ghee
  23. Take out in a bowl
  24. Garnish with crumbled paneer
  25. Serve hot with naan or kulcha
