Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 – Raw banana
  2. ½ tea spoon – turmeric powder
  3. coconut oil – 250 ml
  4. ¼ tea spoon salt
  5. 500 ml – Water

Instructions

  1. Peel off raw banana and make the thin slice with the help of knife or slicer.
  2. Take a big bowl add water, turmeric powder, salt and stir it and then add slice of banana and keep aside for 5-6 minutes
  3. Then drain all water from the banana and spread all banana slices on the paper / cotton cloth so that paper / cotton cloth soaked excess water from banana slices and keep it for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour a coconut oil into the deep frying pan and fry banana slices till light golden colour and crunchy.
  5. Cool it and store banana chips into the air tight container.
