ABOUT Lemon Cake RECIPE

A delicious lemon and white chocolate, cake . An absolute delicious tea cake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter 85 grms
  2. White chocolate 3/4 th cup
  3. Milk 3/4 th cup
  4. Eggs 3
  5. Sugar 3/4 cup
  6. Vanilla 1 pod extracted
  7. Lemon juice 1
  8. Lemon zest of 2
  9. APF 1 cup
  10. whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  11. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Bakin soda 1/2 soda

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter milk & white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl
  2. Beat eggs vanilla and sugar till its 3 times the quantity
  3. Add lemon juice and lemon zest
  4. Add flour and white chocolate mix alternating them 1 at a time
  5. Batter will be runny..dont worry
  6. Pour in a greased pan.
  7. I have used a bunt pan here
  8. Bake at 160 degrees at preheated oven for 45 mins
  9. The cake should be golden yellow color
