  10. Chat massala-1/2 teaspn
  11. Jeera-dhaniya powder-1/2teaspn each
  12. Oil -1 table spn
  13. Lemon juice- 1 table spn

Instructions

  1. Roti ke Chhote chhote tukde kr rakh le ya grind kr le jyada mahin n.a. kre
  2. Ek nonstick ya kisi v pan me oil ya butter grm kre
  3. Rai k Dane Dale sath hi mungfali v add kre thoda bhune
  4. Ab curry patta onion aur green chilli milakr bhune pyaj k transparent hone tak
  5. Simla aur aaloo add kre aap chahe toh carrot ,matar aadi v Mila sakte h ,achhe se bhune sath hi lahsun adrak ka paste v aur sare massale Mila le
  6. achhe se bhune 5 minute
  7. Ab ek glass pani add kre swada nusar namak Dale agar roti me namak ho toh namak km milaye ...ab 5 minute dhakr pakaye bich me check kre ki sabjiya paki h ya nhi
  8. Ubal aane pr roti k tukde milaye chat masala add kre aur dhak kr aur 2-3minute pakaye ....
  9. taiyar h massala roti upma ab lemon juice Dale aur dhaniya Patti se sajaye aur gramagarm serve kre...
