ABOUT Mango Kalakand RECIPE

An easy kalakand recipe with the fusion of mangoes. An absolutely delightful dessert after a sumptuous meal.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 200 gm panner
  2. 200gm condensed milk
  3. One cup mango puree
  4. sugar as ur taste
  5. One tbl spn ghee
  6. Some fresh rose pettle
  7. pistachio flake


  1. Crumble the paneer.
  2. Put a pan on flame put ghee in it
  3. Add crumble panner add condensed milk cook it for five minute
  4. Add mango puree and sugar cook it till the texture becomes dry.
  5. If needed add half tea spn ghee
  6. Grease a mould and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Let it set for one hour
  8. Cut into pieces garnish with rose petals and pistachio flakes.
