  • Ripe mango pulp 1
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • oil a few drops

How to make Aam papad

  1. Heat the pan add mango pulp and sugar stir continuously till it is reduced to half amnt.
  2. Turn off the gas. Take a utensils apply oil and spread in the plate evenly.
  3. Put it under the sun for one day to dry .After it's completely dried .
  4. Cut into thin stripes and roll into small pieces . The aam papad is ready.
