Paneer TIkka

Ingredients to make Paneer TIkka

  • 500gms cottage cheese
  • 3 capsicums
  • 1tsp garlic paste
  • 1tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tsp garam masala

How to make Paneer TIkka

  1. 1. Cut the cottage cheese into 1-inch cube size.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 2 hours atleast.
  3. 3. Pierce the paneer cubes on a skewer and turn over a fire or under grill for 10mins, cooking both the sides.
  4. 4. Serve it hot, Garnished with preferred seasoning and lime juice.

My Tip:

Grill it over charcoal for a deep smokey flavour
