Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Hilsha Fish-5(cut into ring pieces)
  2. Black mustard-2 tablespoons
  3. Sour curd-2 teasooon(beaten)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chili -4(for paste)
  6. Green chili -2
  7. Muastard oil-2 teaspoons
  8. Water-1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Soak mustard seeds into the warm water for 30 minutes,then grind it with green chili and water ,using mortal pastor or mixer.Add some salt while grinding,it will not make the mixture bitter ..
  2. Add this mixture,water,beaten curd,salt into a bowl,mix it properly.
  3. Add mustard oil,green chili cut into halves,mix it
  4. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil
  5. Take a deep vessel
  6. pour 5 Cup of water
  7. Place the stainless steel bowl and then cover the water filled vessel with the lid and place the vessel on high flame for around 5 minutes or till water started boiling and then cook on low flame for around 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the gas,open the foil, pour 1 Tbsp. of Mustard Oil from the top.
  9. Serve with hot steamed rice
