Oreo-Peanut Balls

Ingredients to make Oreo-Peanut Balls

  • 1 packet of Oreo Cookies
  • 250 gms milk chocolate slab
  • 50 gms white chocolate slab
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Few chocolate chips for decorating (optional)

How to make Oreo-Peanut Balls

  1. Crush the Oreo Cookies with a rolling pin.
  2. Add the peanut butter & vanilla essence to the crushed oreo cookies and make a dough out of it
  3. Make small balls with your hands and keep it aside
  4. Melt the milk chocolate slab & white chocolate slab separately with the help of microwave oven (30 seconds on high) or by the double boiling method.
  5. With the help of a fork or toothpick, dip the balls into the melted milk chocolate and coat it well. Once the surface becomes hard, put little melted white chocolate on top of the balls and decorate with chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate immediately for 20 minutes and your Oreo-Peanut balls are ready!
