Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 long fillets of Basa or you can take sole, tuna or any white boneless fish cut into big squares
  2. 3-4 tbsp of light soy sauce or 1-2 tsp of dark soya sauce
  3. 2 tsp each of ginger garlic coarsed
  4. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  5. 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  6. 1-2 drops honey
  7. 1-2 tsp chopped rosemary or dried herb
  8. Whole Spring onion and bell pepper in cubes
  9. 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  10. Salt and black pepper
  11. Greens of spring onions/chives
  12. stock or cubes or hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, mustard, and rosemary.
  2. Add fish steaks, salt, pepper and be sure to coat them well with the marinade
  3. Allow to sit for about 15 min.
  4. In a wok or pan, pour olive oil just to saute.
  5. Add ginger garlic, spring onions, and immediately marinated fish.
  6. Cook for 4-5 min per side.
  7. The juices of fish and marinade will give you a glaze naturally.
  8. Add 1/2 cup hot stock or cubes or hot water
  9. Add bell peppers and let it simmer for more 4-5 min
  10. Switch off flame and top with Chives.
