ABOUT Chiken dry masala RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe to be served with some fluffy chapathis or also can be served with some oulao or some jeera rice. Try this easy and lovely recipe at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. oil
  2. Cinnamon - 1 inch
  3. cardamom - 2
  4. cloves - 4
  5. chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  9. Chicken masala powder - 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. onion [ chopped] - 3
  12. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  13. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and keep aside. Marinate it with some oil, salt and all the powdered spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a heavy bottomed sauce pan with some oil. Add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  3. Than add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown, Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute further.
  4. Now add the marinated chicken and give it a stir.
  5. Cover the vessel and cook the chicken on a low flame, with occasional stirring. Add little water when required.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, check for the seasoning and then serve with handful chopped coriander leaves.

How much chicken to take you have not mentioned the quantity of the chicken.
