ABOUT Chicken Roast RECIPE

There is nothing better than a properly cooked and delicious roast chicken , so why not I roast it at home :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole chicken_1.6kg
  2. Onion 2
  3. Garlic 1bulb
  4. Ginger 1pic
  5. Black pepper 1tspn
  6. Editable colour
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Curd 1tbspn
  9. Dry herbs 1Tspn

Instructions

  1. Marinate the whole chicken with curd and ginger garlic paste for 24hrs.also add the colour here.
  2. Preheat the oven to 240c
  3. Wash and roughly chop the onion , carrots .Break the garlic bulb into cloves leaving them unpeeled.
  4. Pile all the veg, garlic , and herbs onto the middle of a large roasting tray and dizzle with oil.
  5. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and spray some melted butter.
  6. Put the tray in to the oven and roast it for 45 minutes.
  7. In between if you find it dry spray some water to it.when it become brown check it and take out of oven when completly done.
  8. Cover the pan withe foil papper for 15 minutes , squze lemon and add , put coriander leaves and green chilly on topand serve hot.
