Ingredients to make Saag murg

  • garlic 8 cloves
  • spinach 250 grams
  • chicken boneless 1 kg
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil 2 tbs

How to make Saag murg

  1. Marinate chicken with finely chopped garlic and crushed pepper.
  2. Boil spinach.
  3. Grind the boiled spinach into paste
  4. cook marinated chicken in oil. After the chicken is half cooked add spinach paste .
  5. close the lid of the pan and cook chicken is completely cooked. Serve with some hot rotis.
