Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1/2 cup
  2. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar - 3 tbsp
  4. Cornflour - 1 tsp (dissolved in very little milk)
  5. vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  6. cream - 1/2 cup
  7. Mango puree - 1 cup


  1. To the make the ice cream, heat the milk, condensed milk, sugar on a very low flame till the sugar is melted.
  2. Mix the cornflour in little cold milk.
  3. Now mix the cornflour mix into the above, and cook till it is thick. The thickness is just till it coats the back of the spoon when dipped in it.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and cool it for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Whip the cream and fold into the vanilla mixture.
  6. Finally mix the mango puree and fold in till everything comes together.
  7. Refrigerate in the fridge.
  8. Mix it with a spoon after an hour and refrigerate. Repeat this procedure twice and freeze.
