ABOUT Pepper Shallot Mushroom RECIPE

We normally make pepper mushroom a very tasty veg side dish. Here its little more healthy as its cooked with shallots Mushrooms are commonly said as veg meat because of its texture. This is perfect side dish for chapathi, puri dosa or any Indian breads

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mushroom – 300 gm
  2. Shallots – 250 gm
  3. Green Bell Pepper – 1
  4. Pepper powder – 3 tsp
  5. Oil – 3 tsp
  6. Ghee – 1 tsp
  7. Water -1 cup
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin of shallots and clean.
  2. In a pan heat oil and ghee and add green bell pepper fry for 1 mints.
  3. Add shallots, pepper powder and salt and fry for 5 mints.
  4. Add cleaned mushrooms, mix well and add water and cook cook for 5 more minutes
