You wouldn't have ever thought that making a cake can be so easy! Its a no fail and a very easy to make no bake cake. I am sure you are going to love it. Happy cooking !

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mangoes 3 pureed
  2. Fresh cream 200 ml
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  4. Gelatin 1.5 tbsp
  5. Digestive biscuits 1/2 packet
  6. Butter 3-4 Tbsp
  7. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a springform tin. Grease it with some butter.
  2. Take half cup of water and add gelatin and keep it for some while.
  3. Now take the digestive biscuits, crush them in the mixer.
  4. Add the melted butter in it. Mix it well.
  5. Put the biscuit mix in the springform tin.
  6. Press it hard so that biscuits mix is spread evenly in the tin.
  7. Scrape out wherever the base is uneven
  8. Keep the base in fridge for few minutes about 20 minutes
  9. Next blend together the mango puree, freash cream and condensed milk
  10. Adjust the sweetness, if mangoes are not sweet you may add sugar as per your taste
  11. Now take the gelatin mixed in water, heat it lightly
  12. Pour the heated galatin in the mango mix and mix properly
  13. Take out the springform tin from the fridge and pour this mango mix over the biscuits mix.
  14. Then keep the tin back in the fridge for mousse cake to set for about 4 hours.
  15. Once the cake is ready, garnish with fresh mangoes.
