This mango Smoothie is super creamy ,protein boost and healthy drink with some chucked up mango pieces

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  2. 1/2 cups low fat milk
  3. 1/2 cups ice
  4. 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. Few mango chunks for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Place the mango,milk,ice,yoghurt and honey or sugar in a blender.
  2. Pour this thick creamy smoothie in a tall serving glass n serve it chillied
