ABOUT Cheesy tomato masala buns RECIPE

A yummy yeast free masala buns, to be served with evening tea or kids snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big bowl maida
  2. Half teaspoon salt
  3. Half cup curd
  4. 1/4 teaspoon sodiyam bicarbonate
  5. Half cup luckworm water
  6. 1 teaspoon alsi seeds
  7. 1 tomato fine chopped
  8. Hand full coriander leaves chopped
  9. 1 chilly fine chopped
  10. Chilly flacks and orgeno..
  11. Pinch of salt ,pinch of pepr powdr

Instructions

  1. Mix curd, salt, soda into lukewarm water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add maida slowly to knead a soft dough. Grease it with little oil and cover it with a cling film. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Now knead it again , divide it into 2 parts.. Make thick chapathis out of the parts. [Mix chopped Tomatoes , alsi seeds,coriander,green chilly ,salt ,pepper powder, prior]
  4. Now spread the tomato mix onto the rolled out chapathi.
  5. Roll it and cut it into 8 pieces.
  6. Preheat microwave, grease the tray and arrange the swirls onto the tray.
  7. Brush some oil on top and bake these for 15-20 minutes, at 180 degree celsius.
  8. The buns are ready to be served, enjoy these with tomato sauce or some chutney.
