ABOUT Aamras RECIPE

In mango season we have lots of option to present new dishes.In which deserts and drinks have their own place.Aamras is one of the drink I generally make and keep ready in my refregerator on anyones demand.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mango pulp 2 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 1 glass
  4. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  5. Anardana 1 tsp
  6. Tuti fruity (red) 1 tsp
  7. Tulsi leaf 12

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients of aamras
  2. In mixer jar grind sugar and mango pulp
  3. Now add milk and grind it again
  4. Add half glass water and again grind it
  5. Put it in the bowls by adding anardana and tulsi leaf
  6. Keep it in freeze for some hours and serve
