With a little pre preparation..a quick fix to satiate your sweet tooth, with the goodness of fresh fruits this recipe is certainly a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Vanilla icecream- 4 scoops
Strawberries ice-cream- 4 scoops
Choclate icecream -4 scoops
Black grapes- half cup
Oranges- 4
You can also use fruits of your choice or seasonal fruits
Almonds -20-25
Chocolate sauce- 3/4 cup
Strawberries- 20-25
Pomegranate- 1 peeled
Wafer biscuits- 4

Instructions

First take a flat bottomed plate & keep it in Freezer to chill, so that while serving ice cream it won't melt away & becomes messy. Wash peel & chop fruits of your choice lengthwise. Chop dry fruits too lengthwise.
Cut wafer biscuits into triangles. Now take out plate from freezer. Place chopped fresh fruits on it. Place three different flavoured ice-cream scoops in a row. Pour chocolate sauce over them. Sprinkle chopped nuts.
Garnish with wafer triangles. Serve chilled.
