Ingredients to make Bread gulabjamun

  • Bread pieces- 4
  • sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Caradamom powder -1/4 tsp
  • paneer 2tbsp
  • Desi ghee 1tsp
  • Misri small pieces
  • oil for frying

How to make Bread gulabjamun

  1. Make chasni of one thread consistency and keep aside Trim the bread corner, soak in milk, mash it and add dry milk ,paneer.Mix well. Make a small ball and stuff one piece of misri in it, by doing this bread's salty taste disappears.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread balls on slow fire. When little cool, add in sugar syrup. Leave it till sugar syrup is absorbed. Serve hot or cold
