Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour / maida – 11/4 cup
  2. Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  3. Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Condensed milk – 1 cup
  5. oil – 1/2 cup
  6. milk – 1/2 cup
  7. Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoon
  8. Vanilla essence – 1 table spoon
  9. For cream
  10. Whipped cream 2 cups
  11. Icing sugar 1/2 cup (or according to your taste)
  12. for colour
  13. Strawberry crush homemade 1 cup
  14. khus crush with khus syrup + green food col -a pinch


  1. Keep all the ingredients ready. In a bowl pour condensed milk and oil and milk .
  2. Then add essence, powdered sugar and whisk it well. Sieve APF, baking powder and baking soda. Add it to the wet mixture.
  3. Whisk it gently by adding milk to a smooth batter, without any lumps. Grease the tray with oil and dust with some flour all over, or line it with a parchment paper.
  4. Take 2 cones, fill the first cone with strawberry whip as made above for pink color and fill another cone with kiwi whip as made above for green color
  5. Now make polka dots on parchment paper with the help of cones in both the colors
  6. Then keep it in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
  7. After 15 minutes take it out of refrigerator and pour cake batter on it and spread it flat and level it Now bake it in oven at 140 deg C for 10-15 minutes and keep checking it in between
  8. Once properly baked take it out if oven and allow it to cool
  9. Once it is cool spread the cream and roll it tightly with the help of the parchment paper and refrigerate it for 20 minutes
  10. Then cut the designer polka dot roll into pieces and serve it with tea or coffee ... it came out superb yummy n delicious ...
