This is an innovation of mine, an easy and fuss free dessert to make for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Watermelon roundels 8 to 10 pieces
  2. Half cup sugar
  3. Pinch of cardamom powder
  4. coconut powder [as required]
  5. Mint leaves for garnish
  6. 2 teaspoon Rooh afza sharbat

Instructions

  1. Scoop out small balls/roundels of watermelon.
  2. Now boil 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar together
  3. Add the cardamom powder and Rooh afza sharbat to the syrup.
  4. Now switch off the flame and add the water melon roundels into the syrup. Let them rest in the sugar syrup.
  5. After about 10 minutes, strain the watermelon balls out of the syrup.
  6. Sprinkle ample amount of coconut powder onto the balls.
  7. Chill them and serve.
