ABOUT Strawberry cheesecake salad RECIPE

A delicious and yummy cheesecake with the flavors of strawberry.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 16 Oz. Cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. 2 tbp pure vanilla extract
  4. 16 Oz. Cool whip
  5. 16 Oz. Strawberries, sliced
  6. 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  7. 12 Oz. Raspberries
  8. 3 tsp crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat sugar cream cheese, powdered sugar comma and Vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in cool whip until combined.
  2. Fold in strawberries, bananas, and raspberries. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
