An italian dish with tangy tomatoes and herbs layered on the baguettes with sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Herb baguette or plain ones choose of your size and flavour 1
  2. Finely chopped tomatoes 2
  3. salt and pepper [as per your taste]
  4. grated parmesan cheese or powder [as per your taste]
  5. basil leaves for garnishing.
  6. green chilly [chopped] 2
  7. parsley or cilantro [handful]


  1. Firstly take a baguette of your choice and place chopped tomatoes and green chilly on it .I have used canned tomatoes and mix to save the time .:blush:
  2. Next add salt,pepper,mixed herbs , Italian seasonings and chopped parsley or cilantro on top of it as per your taste.
  3. Glorify the dish with grated parmesan cheese and a twig of basil leaf.
  4. Enjoy the bruschetta with cheesy noodles or just relish it simply as it is.
