Pani Puri

Ingredients to make Pani Puri

  • mint leaves 1 cup
  • coriander 1/2 cup
  • Adrak/ginger 1 small piece
  • Green mirchi 2 to 3 or as per taste.
  • lemon juice 1
  • salt as per taste
  • Black salt 1 spoon
  • amchur 1 spoon
  • Red mirchi powder
  • Panipuri masala
  • Boiled moong/potatoes 1 bowl
  • Rawa 1 cup
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Pani Puri

  1. Take mint, coriander, Adrak, Mirchi, lemon, salt, black salt, amchur, jeera powder and make a paste.
  2. Now add in water as required n keep it in the fridge for chilling.
  3. Now take boiled moong/potatoes and add salt, chilly powder, coriander and panipuri masala and mash well.
  4. Chopped onions.
  5. To make puri, take rava and salt, make semi thick dough.
  6. Roll out small puris and fry till golden brown.

My Tip:

Use roti maker to make puris for the best result.
