Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Medium Size Ripe Bananas - 2 ( Cut and frozen)
  2. Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  3. Grated Dark Chocolate ( Unsweetned / Semisweet) - 5 tablespoon
  4. Home Cultured Hung Yogurt / Greek Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  5. Ice Cubes - A handful
  6. Homemade Almond meal - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Pick medium size bananas with brown spots to get the maximum sweetness from the fruit.
  2. Peel, cut and place in a freezer bag for several hours till the fruit is completely frozen. You can do this step a night before.
  3. To make the smoothie, put chilled hung curd or Greek yoghurt, frozen banana pieces, shredded chocolate, cocoa powder, and almond meal with a few ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  5. Enjoy the glassful fruity chocolaty goodness.
