ABOUT Strawberry Raita RECIPE

A blissful bowl filled with sweet strawberries and flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Yogurt 1 big bowl.
  2. Fresh strawberries 10+5
  3. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  4. Rock salt 1 tbsp
  5. Sugar 1 and a half tbsp
  6. Black pepper powder half tsp
  7. Chaat masala 1 and a half tsp
  8. N/A

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add yoghurt to it.
  2. Now add sugar and mix it well using a whisk or a spoon.
  3. Add chopped strawberries to the sweetened yoghurt.
  4. Further, add the seasonings as per your taste and give it a mix. Don't mix vigorously, it should be a quick mix done gently.
  5. Garnish it with the strawberry slices and refrigerate it for an hour.
  6. Enjoy the strawberry raita with pulao, plain chapati, rice or just have it as an afternoon snack to satisfy those sweet pangs healthily.
  7. Note: If you want the pinkish red colour to yoghurt add strawberry puree initially and follow the other steps as mentioned for completing the dish.
