Ingredients Serving: 25

  1. Whole turkey with skin 5-6kg
  2. Red wine 500ml
  3. Carrot 200 gram
  4. Onion 200gram
  5. Garlic 100gram
  6. Fresh thyme
  7. Leek -2 stick
  8. Celery -2stick
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Olive oil 100 ml

Instructions

  1. Slit the turkey properly to burn feathers and dry it up and clean it up from clean napkin
  2. Roughly chop carrot, onion, leek, celery, thyme and garlic mix with salt and pepper and little oil and fill it in the turkey intestine and pack it with both legs to the breast skin so that the vegetable and herbs don't come out
  3. Add salt and pepper to the turkey and wine to it and keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours
  4. Roast it in oven at 200 degrees for45 minute
  5. Remove it from oven brush it with oil
  6. Rest it for 30 min
  7. Cook at 150-170 degrees for 1 hr
