Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Peas 1 cup
  2. Maida 2 cup
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Ajwain 1 Tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 Tsp
  7. Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
  8. Oil 1/4 cup ( for batter)
  9. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Coarsely ground 1 cup fresh peas & 2 green chilli.
  2. Now take a mixing bowl.Make a stiff dough of 2 cups maida/atta, peas mixture, some chopped coriander leaves, jeera, ajwain, garam masala powder, salt, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder and 1/4th cup oil.
  3. Don't add water(if needed only 1 or 2 spoons ).Cover it & keep rest for 20 mins.
  4. After 20 mins make cutlet as per your choice from the dough & deep fry it.Serve it with green & red chutney.
