ABOUT Kaju Strawberry RECIPE

This is a good dessert for Diwali.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup cashew powder
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Few drop red colour
  4. Few drop green colour
  5. 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. First, boil sugar, water to make a sugar syrup with one string.
  2. Now mix cashew powder and 1 tbsp milk powder on medium flame.
  3. At a stage, its start leaves the edges.
  4. When it leaves all the edges and become a dough.
  5. Check it with your finger it should be non-sticky
  6. Now divide 2 parts.
  7. Red colour part and green colour to another part.
  8. Shape strawberry with the red colour part.
  9. Mark impression on strawberry with a peeler.
  10. Make leaves with green part.
  11. Stick leaves on strawberry.
