Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Egg
  2. All purpose flour
  3. Salt
  4. Oil
  5. Chicken 1 bowl
  6. Turmeric Powder
  7. Garam Masala powder
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl.Add 1 small bowl chicken cube, yoghurt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala powder.Mix it well & keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hrs heat oil in a pan & add this chicken mixture in it.Cook it well. Cooking paratha. Crack an egg in a bowl, sprinkle salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder & beat lightly.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot add a rolled out roti & cook the paratha by pressing well.
  4. Now pour 1 egg in each paratha & spread it well with the help of a spatula.Cook egg for 3 to 4 mins. Once done take out the roll from the oven.
  5. Assembling.. Now place 1 paratha on a butter paper.Place previously cooked chicken in the middle of the paratha. Add onion slice, chopped cucumber, chopped green chilli, pepper powder, dry mango powder, tomato sauce, mustard sauce.
  6. Now stuff the roll with stuffing along with the butter paper & seal the bottom neatly. Kolkata style egg chicken roll is ready
