ABOUT Stuffed Red Bell Peppers (Capsicum) RECIPE

Tastes yummy with flavour of oregano, topped with loads of grated cheese

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 Red capsicum
  2. 1/2 to 1 cup chopped veggies (onion, tomato, corn, green chillies, jalapeño, black olives
  3. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  5. Pizza sauce as required
  6. Red chilli sauce as required
  7. 1 tsp Oregano
  8. Pepper powder to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp chopped garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops of the capsicum.Cut into halves.Deseed the capsicums.Now we have nice cups of capsicum
  2. Chop the veggies in a bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oregano, both the cheese.mix well
  4. Now in the basement of capsicum put little pizza sauce, red chilli sauce
  5. Over it layer with the ready veggies.
  6. Spread both the grated cheese
  7. Sprinkle oregano, salt, pepper over it.
  8. The filling should be in level of the capsicum
  9. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, broccoli.
  10. Now bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees
  11. Same way stuff all the capsicums
  12. Enjoy this Red Coloured Capsicum (Bell Peppers) with pizza sauce as starters
