Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled beetroot paste 1 cup.
  2. Boiled mashed potato 1 cup.
  3. Boiled chole chana.1/2 cup
  4. Rava for binding
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  10. Ingredient for Stuffing; Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  11. grated cheese ½ cup
  12. chopped Kaju 2 tsp
  13. chopped Kismis 2tsp
  14. chopped mint 2tsp
  15. chopped green chilly 1tsp
  16. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  17. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  18. Salt to taste
  19. oil for fry
  20. Beet root curd dip Ingredient; boiled beet root paste 1 tbsp
  21. Hung curd 1 cup, sugar powder 2 tsp
  22. Lemon juice 2 tsp , salt to taste , chat masala 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil Beetroots, potato & chana and mash it Now mix it with all ingredients.Add rava for binding.
  2. Mix all ingredient of stuffing as listed above
  3. Make kebab of the mashed item and stuff it with ingredient prepared.
  4. Now add olive oil in a pan and fry kebab.
  5. Serve hot kebab dip with beat root curd
  6. Method for beet root curd dip; Add 1 tbsp boil beet root paste in 1 cup of hung curd
  7. Add 2 tsp chaat masala, 2tsp sugar powder, 2tsp lemon juice & salt to taste mix it and prepare the dip.
