Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gm okra /Bhindi chopped
  2. 1 big potato/Aloo chopped
  3. *Green paste: chilly +ginger +garlic
  4. 4-5 green chilly
  5. 1/2 inch ginger
  6. 10 Garlic cloves
  7. 2 Onions: make paste
  8. 5-6 tomato, make a paste
  9. 1/2 cup watermelon seeds, soak for 3 mins in hot water then make a paste, white paste
  10. 3 Kashmiri red chilly soak &make paste
  11. All 5 spice mix:
  12. 1)2tsp chilly powder
  13. 1tsp turmeric
  14. 1tsp garam masala
  15. 1tsp salt
  16. 2tsp cumin coriander powder, mix with water
  17. 3 tbsp oil
  18. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  19. Pinch of Hing
  20. 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  21. 2 tsp butter
  22. 1 tsp Kasuri methi powder
  23. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  24. 3 tbsp oil
  25. 1/2tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Take Aloo and Bindi chopped and deep fry it.
  2. Chilly garlic ginger and make green paste
  3. Take two onions and chopped.
  4. Make a paste of onion paste
  5. Take tomato and chopped
  6. Make tomato paste.
  7. Take watermelon seeds and sock in hot water for 30 minutes and blend to make a thin white paste with the help of water.
  8. White paste.1/2 cup white paste is using for this recipe.
  9. Take Khasmiri red chilly sock in hot water for e0 minute and make Kashmiri red chilly paste.
  10. Kashmiri red chilly paste
  11. Take bowl and add salt, turmeric, cumin coriander powder and, chilly powder and garam masala add little water and make all spice mix
  12. All spice mix
  13. Take oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds and Hing then add green chilly paste and saute it
  14. Add onions paste and saute it.
  15. Then add all spice mix and mix it.
  16. Then add tomato paste and saute it.
  17. Then add white paste and saute it
  18. Then add Kashmiri red chilly paste and saute it.
  19. Then add Kasuri methi powder coriander and butter and mix it
  20. Add cream and mix it.
  21. Then add aloo bhindi and mix it
  22. Add cardamom powder and mix .then add little more cream and simmer for two minutes, Garnish with coriander and fresh cream.
