ABOUT Beetroot Smoothie RECIPE

Beetroot is one of the healthy and awesome colour root vegetables or plant. It has a natural and wonderful colour by nature and also very nutrition values too. Beetroot smoothie is a very good low-calorie breakfast option who want to reduce extra calories and who want to look beautiful naturally.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated Raw beetroot 1 cup
  2. Skimmed milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  4. Hung Curd 1/4 cup
  5. Banana 1
  6. Chopped almond 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take grated beetroot, milk hung curd, sugar and banana in a blender and make a smooth paste.
  2. Pour the mixture into serving glass, garnish with almond and refrigerate it for an hour. Serve chill.
