ABOUT Rice Manchurian Balls RECIPE

A mishmash that ended up tasting amazingly delish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 boiled and mashed potato
  3. ½ cup boiled vegetables like french beans, peas, cauliflower etc ( Use as per your taste preference )
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  6. 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tablespoon Shezwan chutney
  8. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  9. 2 heaped tablespoon white sesame seeds
  10. 1 teaspoon roasted flax seeds
  11. 1 tablespoon rice powder ( use if needed )
  12. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher.
  2. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls.
  3. Add Little rice powder, if the batter is too soft.
  4. Deep fry till done.
  5. Serve with red chili sauce.
