Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice Powder – 2 cups
  2. Besan – 1 cup
  3. chilli powder – 3 tsp
  4. Hing – 1 tsp
  5. Butter- 6 tsp/ Sunflower Dalda- 6 tsp
  6. Pinch of soda (optional)
  7. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Mix rice powder besan, salt, chilli powder, soda, Hing.
  2. Heat the butter till it melts / if using Dalda heat it well as when you pour over the mixture the Dalda should froth
  3. Mix well to crumbs. Now add water and make a soft dough.
  4. Keep oil for frying
  5. Put the dough in the sieve of Ribbon Pakoda and give a press...like we do Sev.
  6. Like pakoras fry in oil till they are golden brown.
  7. Drain the oil and store them in airtight containers. They stay for 15 days.
