Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cashews 100 grams
  2. Almonds 100 grams
  3. Walnuts 100 grams
  4. Musk melon seeds 100 grams
  5. Raisins 50 grams
  6. Melon seeds 50 grams
  7. Ghee half a teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar 200 grams


  1. Cut all nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) into small approx 1 cm pieces separately.
  2. Roast all seeds(melon and musk Mellon seeds) until they start crackling and are swollen
  3. Roast nuts( almonds, cashews, walnuts) in few drops of ghee and sprinkle salt so that salt sticks to the nuts. Set aside to cool.
  4. Next, make caramel by adding one cup sugar in a cooking pot till sugar melts and is golden brown in colour.
  5. Add to this the seeds(melon and musk Mellon seeds) and mould till all seeds are coated properly. Set aside to cool.
  6. Break up the caramelized seeds and mix with the salted nuts and enjoy a delightful snack.
