The health benefits of raisins include relief from constipation, acidosis, anaemia, and fever. Raisins also help in weight gain, eye care, and dental care. It is a high energy low fat snack too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated Beetroot – ½ piece of 1
  2. Grated Carrot – 1
  3. Black & yellow raisins – 20 each
  4. Glucose – needed qty
  5. Water

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in water over night or for at least 8 hours.
  2. In a blender (mixie), add all the above-said ingredients and blend well. Strain the juice through a muslin cloth
  3. Transfer the juice into a big serving glass. Enjoy
