ABOUT Coconut Laddu RECIPE

Coconut ladoo is the perfect sweet for the special festival of colours.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry coconut powder - 1.5 cups
  2. 1/4 cup for dusting/rolling.
  3. Condensed milk(sweetened) - half a cup
  4. Ghee - 2 tea spoon
  5. Rose syrup (Rooh afza)- 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat 2 tsp of ghee and add all the given ingredients and mix well on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Let it cool down to room temperature, apply ghee on both palms and make small balls and roll it on the dry coconut powder.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and store in an airtight container.
