Coconut Laddu

Ingredients to make Coconut Laddu

  • Dry coconut powder - 1.5 cups
  • 1/4 cup for dusting/rolling.
  • Condensed milk(sweetened) - half a cup
  • ghee - 2 tea spoon
  • rose syrup (Rooh afza)- 2 table spoon

How to make Coconut Laddu

  1. In a pan heat 2 tsp of ghee and add all the given ingredients and mix well on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Let it cool down to room temperature, apply ghee on both palms and make small balls and roll it on the dry coconut powder.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and store in an airtight container.

My Tip:

You can use any edible colour of your choice.
