Black Plum Oats Smoothie Bowl is a healthy breakfast option. Breakfast smoothie bowls can make your mornings healthy and refreshing. Black plum or Jamun is a seasonal summer fruit. It is very good for diabetic patients as it has antidiabetic properties. It is also good for skin, hair, digestive system, inflammation and much more.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Oats - 1/2 cup, quick cooking oats
  2. Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  3. Milk - 1 &1/4 cup
  4. Black Plum/Jamun - 6 to 8
  5. Banana - 1 small, sliced
  6. Muesli - 2 tablespoon
  7. Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon
  8. Honey - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats in 1 cup of milk for 30 minutes.
  2. De-seed the black plum and keep aside.
  3. Now in a blender add soaked oats, deseeded black plum, remaining milk, honey and yoghurt. Blend them until smooth.
  4. Next, pour the smoothie into a wide bowl and top it with sliced banana, muesli and chia seeds.
